All these posts are purely on temporary basis. Appointments will be initially for a period of 89 days and may be extended further based on the tenure of the Project. However, the appointment can be terminated at any time even before the end of the contract period due to any reason.
In case of such premature termination, one month’s notice or one month’s salary in Lieu of the same will be provided. The same wiLl not hold true in case of premature termination due to performance related issues. Candidate can leave the job prematurely giving one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu of the same.

- During the duration of the project, as well as its completion, Govt. There will be no legal responsibility related to personnel in the Medical College, Kathua.
- The performance will be evaluated on a regular basis.
- The contract can be terminated at any time depending on the performance of the candidate. If unsatisfactory, your service may be terminated at that stage without prior notice.
- At the time of joining the candidates will have to submit an affidavit that they will accept all the general instructions and conditions related to it.
- TA / DA will not be paid, neither for appearing in the interview nor for joining the job and for the working period.
Additionally, candidates are advised not to submit a hard copy of the online application form either in person or by mail to the GMC Kathua office. The candidate can submit only one application. Therefore, candidates are advised to do due diligence while submitting their application form.
In the event that more than one nomination of a candidate is traced, his candidature will be canceled and he will be excluded from the new presidents of this college as per rules. Under no circumstances will the request for amendment or change in the application form be accepted.
