IFFCO has been appointed as Agricultural Graduate Trainee (AGT) for its field offices located in the states of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, the wanted. Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
IFFCO Recruitment 2019 for Agriculture Details
Eligibility: Candidate should have four years B.Sc. in the Agriculture Department. Candidate should hold full time and regular Degree but the interested candidates whose final sem results are expected by September 2019,they can also apply for this post.
General / OBC candidates should get minimum 60% marks in each semester and SC / ST candidates should get minimum 55% marks in each semester in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree. Candidates who have CGPA score in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree should convert to percentage while filling the application form.
Those candidates who have done B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in 2016 and can apply only after that. Candidates with two years full-time regular degree (Agriculture) in M.Sc can also apply, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed for B.Sc. (Agr.) The qualification given above. The above qualification should be from a UGC recognized university / institute.
Language knowledge: The candidate should be well versed in the reading, writing and speaking knowledge of the regional language of the state for which it is applied (one or more languages would be preferred). Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
Compensation: During the training period, stipend and other benefits will be paid as per the rules of the organization. Currently, the stipend is Rs. 33,300 / – P.M. On one year training of IFFCO requirement and successful completion of the subject, AGTs can be absorbed at a basic salary of Rs. 7000 / -. Regular pay scale of Rs.7000-70000 as per organization rules, and allowances / benefits.
Upper age limit: 30 years till September 1, 2019. There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC / ST category in upper age limit. The upper level limit is not related to the creamy layer for the OBC category.
Training period: The shortlisted candidates will have to go through a training which will be of one complete year.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for the initial computer based on-line test in an open environment using their own resources, computers / laptops through internet facility.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for the final on-line test in a controlled environment at designated centers in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Nagpur, based on performance in the preliminary-on-line test. Ranchi, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Patna, Raipur, Rajkot, Surat and Varanasi, Chandigarh, Indore, Dehradun, Pune, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Cochin.
Candidates are required to select any two examination centers from the aforesaid centers in order of their preference. Attempt will be made to allot the examination center in the order of election given by the candidates.
Once selected, changes will be requested at the testing center. IFFCO has the right to cancel any of these centers and in that case; The candidates will have to appear in the center as decided by the management.
Only those candidates who will be short-listed based on their performance in the final on-line test will be called for a personal interview.
Place of posting: In spite of selection and appointment of AGT for training, the selected candidates on absorption can be posted in any State / Project / Establishment (s) of IFFCO in India.

Bhartiya Kisan Fertilizer Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) was registered on 3 November 1967 as a multi-unit cooperative society. After the launch of the more than one state Cooperative Societies Act 1984 and 2002, the Society is considered registered as a Multistate Cooperative Society. The Society was mainly concerned about the producing and distributing of fertilizers to the Farmers. The bye-laws of the Society provide a comprehensive framework for IFFCO’s activities as a cooperative society.
